As the vineyards awaken with new growth and the gardens burst into bloom, the winery enters its blending season—a critical step in winemaking where art and science merge to create the perfect balance in every bottle. Unlike the busy harvest season, spring at Bricoleur offers a more intimate and immersive experience, allowing guests to slow down, sip, and savor the essence of wine country without the crowds. This is more than a retreat—it’s a chance to connect with the craft of winemaking, deepening your appreciation for the wines you love.
The bookable package includes:
- Two nights in the Vineyard Residence
- An exclusive barrel room tasting, where you’ll sample single varietals directly from the barrel to understand how each component contributes to the final wine.
- A hands-on blending workshop, where you’ll learn from Bricoleur’s winemaker Tom Pierson how to balance acidity, tannins and aromatics, creating your very own custom blend to take home.
- Two Rooted tastings at Bricoleur’s tasting room, where you’ll experience the winery’s expertly crafted varietals paired with seasonal ingredients
- Custom recipe cards by Executive Chef Todd Knoll and Senior Sous Chef Rebeca Robinson, ensuring your unique blend is perfectly paired back at home.
