Shipping Policy

States We Don’t Ship to:

We are unable to ship to the follow states: Arkansas, Delaware, Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii, Utah, West Virginia, and Mississippi.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and include product handling fees. The shipping carrier is selected by our warehouse based on the destination, unless alternative arrangements have been made for Wine Club shipments.

Orders placed by 5:00 PM Pacific Time will generally ship within 2–3 business days, pending compliance review and credit card verification. Please note that our shipping warehouse does not process or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays or major holidays.

Weather Advisory

To protect wine quality, orders may be held due to extreme temperatures. We monitor weather conditions closely and will delay shipping if we believe your wine could be compromised in transit. If a temperature hold is placed on your order, we’ll notify you via email with updated shipping details.

Delivery Information

Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days, pending compliance checks and credit card authorization. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note, we cannot ship wine to P.O. boxes. Shipping to hotels, motels, or licensed beverage facilities outside of California is prohibited by state laws. Delivery Requirements

A signature from someone 21 years of age or older is required upon delivery of all wine shipments. Carriers cannot leave packages without a qualifying signature, so we recommend shipping to a business address or location where someone will be available during delivery hours.

Tracking Your Shipment

Tracking information will be provided via a link in your “Shipment Confirmation” email. Please note that it may take up to two business days for tracking to become active due to carrier processing times.

Out of Stock Items and Substitutions

If a specific vintage is out of stock, it may be replaced with a comparable vintage or varietal of equal or greater value. If you have any questions or preferences regarding substitutions, please contact us at 707-857-5700 or email info@bricoleurvineyards.com.

Bottle Limits and Availability

Product availability and purchase limits may be restricted by state laws, which can impact order fulfillment. We will notify you if any part of your order cannot be completed due to these regulations.

Credit Card Refunds

Refunds are processed once a returned shipment is received and inspected. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Canceled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
