Isla Rose Brut Rosé is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit primarily sourced from the Carneros Region. The cooling marine influence results in grapes with complexity, great acidity, and longer ripening time, ideal for crafting a fine California Brut.

Our signature Isla Rose Brut Rosé is crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit primarily from the cool Carneros region along with premium vineyard sites across California. The component lots of wine are fermented at cool temperatures in small stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruit intensity and then bottled en tirage. Yeast and sugar are added to the wine to create a second fermentation. While en tirage, the wine develops delicate bubbles, brioche yeasty notes, and superb rich Brut flavor. Once aging is complete, the wine is riddled and disgorged.
