2022 Pinot Noir Magnum

Bricoleur Vineyard’s Pinot Noir is 100% estate grown and comprised of 5 clones: 115, 777, 459, Swan, and Calera. The winemaking team vinifies each clone separately as desired flavors and ripeness levels are achieved in the vineyard. The fruit is handpicked at night and immediately sorted, destemmed, and cold-soaked for three days once in the cellar. The tank is slowly brought up to temperature and fermentation gets underway during which our crew performs gentle punchdowns in the morning and evening to ensure a healthy ferment. Once complete the free run and press fractions are combined and barreled down into French Oak where it ages sur lie for 14 months
