Finer Details
The 2019 growing season was very favorable for grape growers in Sonoma County. Above-average rains through winter greeted the vines with plenty of soil moisture come springtime. Bud-break occurred right on schedule as the vines came to life in late March. Spring temperatures picked up quickly with an April heatwave and eventually leveled off into a mild summer, allowing for longer hang-times and optimal character development for this vintage of Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.
