On Saturday, April 4th, Bricoleur Vineyards welcomed guests to an unforgettable evening celebrating the very best of the season. The Savoring Spring Dinner brought together the estate's culinary and winemaking teams for a multi-course experience rooted in the land, from garden-fresh greens and spring vegetables to expertly crafted wines poured alongside each thoughtfully composed dish.

Executive Chef Todd Knoll led a menu that moved gracefully from passed appetizers paired with the Isla Rose Brut Rosé, through a lemongrass-marinated guinea hen, house-made fava and ricotta ravioli, and a showstopping Pool Creek Onion Lamb, before closing with an estate olive oil and lemon cake alongside the 2024 "The Last Note" Late Harvest. Winemaker Tom Pierson selected pairings, including the 2024 Kick Ranch Viognier, 2023 Special Selection Chardonnay, and 2023 Kick Ranch GSM, that elevated every course. It was an evening of great wine, exceptional food, and the beauty of spring in full bloom.
