Pasta Classes with Chef River

Guests joined us for an intimate pasta-making class in our winery’s Culinary Kitchen, where our talented in-house pasta chef, River Robinson, guided them through the art of crafting fresh pasta from scratch. They learned how to create silky pasta dough, transform it into perfect ribbons, and turn their creations into a delicious, gourmet meal. It was a hands-on culinary experience that was as delightful as it was delicious.

The class included welcome bubbles, a glass of wine while learning and with dinner, family-style focaccia and salad with an individually plated pasta dish, plus dessert. Each guest took home their very own pasta dough and dowel.
